These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Savi Nenapu mobile application and website at savinenapu.in (together, the "Service"), operated by Savi Nenapu ("Savi Nenapu", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

Savi Nenapu is an AI-powered photo and video creation tool. You upload photos and/or provide prompts, and the Service generates or edits visual content. Results are produced by automated AI systems and may vary in quality and accuracy. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Credits, Pricing & Payments

• The Service operates on a pay-per-creation model. You purchase credits (or pay per creation) and each creation deducts a stated amount before you confirm it.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and your balance is displayed before every confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.
• There is no recurring subscription; you are charged only for the creations you make.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices or credit values at any time; changes apply to future purchases only.

5. Your Content & Licence

You retain ownership of the photos and inputs you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service and produce your requested results. You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

6. AI-Generated Output

Subject to your payment and these Terms, you may use the creations you generate for personal and lawful commercial purposes. Because AI output is generated automatically and similar outputs may be produced for other users, we do not guarantee exclusivity or that output is free of similarity to other works. You are responsible for how you use your creations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit, including any child sexual abuse material;
• depicts a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive, impersonate, or defraud;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• promotes violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and templates, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Unused credits are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampli, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
