This Privacy Policy explains how Savi Nenapu ("Savi Nenapu", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Savi Nenapu mobile application and the website at savinenapu.in (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Photos and inputs: images you upload and any text prompts or event details you enter, so the Service can generate or edit your creations.
• Account information: your name, phone number, and/or email address when you register or sign in.
• Payment information: when you top up credits or pay per creation, payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; these are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
• Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: device model, operating system, app version, approximate region, crash logs, and how you interact with features, used to keep the app working and improve it.
• Identifiers: a device or account identifier used to maintain your credit balance and sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate, edit, and deliver the AI photo and video creations you request.
• To maintain your account, credit balance, and transaction history.
• To process payments and, where applicable, refunds through Razorpay.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• To improve and develop new features and templates.
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law.

3. AI Processing of Your Photos

To create your results, the photos and prompts you submit are processed by AI models running on cloud infrastructure, which may include trusted third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. Your images are transmitted securely for this purpose. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your personal photos to train third-party models except as needed to produce the specific result you requested, unless you give separate, explicit consent.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service — cloud hosting, AI processing, and analytics — under confidentiality obligations.
• Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process transactions.
• Authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We keep your uploaded photos and generated results only as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Account and transaction records are retained as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
